I am around people who are right in front of me; however, their minds are somewhere else, hiding under a rock. Do birds of a feather flock together?
They call it a democracy, but you have to be super-rich to get elected. Once elected, do you listen to the average person who did not contribute to your campaign?
Have you noticed how people will say an experience is beyond words, indescribable, and then proceed to describe it?
“Why does playing our favourite music have to be loud?”
“What?”
“I said, ‘Why does playing our favourite music have to be loud?’ ”
“Yes, I like playing and I like music. Why do you ask?”
Why is it called a firebird when it is not on fire? What do firebirds eat? Burnt worms? Do firebirds read friction? How many firebirds does it take to light a fire? I will ask a firebird the next time I see one and hope it speaks English.
